Tara holds a Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
For the past 20 years, Tara has worked with Minnesota hospitals and health insurance plans, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.
